Damaged or Defective Product
We sincerely regret the inconvenience. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer:
- Exchange for the same or similar item
- Store credit (valid for 12 months)
- Monetary refund (processed 5–7 business days after inspection)
Please send a clear unboxing video showing the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Not what you expected? No problem.
- Exchange for a different size or similar item
- Store credit valid for 12 months
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Important Reminders
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims
- Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
- Pickup and processing occur only after QC clearance
