How long will the delivery take?
We usually dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Once shipped, deliveries typically take 4–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing support@shophervibe.in or through our Contact page. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
How do I place an exchange or return request?
Email support@shophervibe.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order ID and unboxing video if the product is damaged. Our team will guide you.

What are the shipping costs and COD charges?
Free shipping for prepaid orders across India. COD orders have a ₹59 COD fee applied at checkout.
How long will the refund take once initiated?
After quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
What is your return policy?
Exchanges/store credit within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed & with tags. Damage claims require unboxing video. Full details in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
